I have been a commercial real estate broker for over 20 years. In that time I
worked almost exclusively with buyers and leasers of Florida commercial real
estate. I rarely listed commercial property for sale.
In Florida commercial real estate almost every transaction has the listing
agent and a buyer agent involved.

Because when it comes to investing millions of dollars – or
signing long-term leases worth hundreds of thousands to millions – business

I have been a real estate broker since I was 22 years old. I was real estate
finance major at Indiana University graduating in 1986. I have held the
prestigious CCIM designation since 1991. So, I have over 20 years of real estate
